Can Miquel Guasch Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Classified among the most outstanding on the island of Ibiza, Can Miguel Guasch Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been obtained from the daily care of the olive grove since 2008. The farm is home to two varieties of olives: the Arbequina and Picual varieties. Can Miquel Guasch oil is a 100% Ibizan oil that has been produced in the property's oil mill, 'Es Trull de Can Miquel Guasch', since 2010. It is considered as an ecologically produced oil: based on the optimal use of natural resources, without using synthetic chemicals or genetically modified organisms, attaining organic food while preserving the fertility of the land and respecting the environment.
